"Well, as usual, I forgot some of the things I wanted to have Southbay install on my Bonneville. Matt called and told me that Jeff suggested fork gaiters as long as I wanted the forks drained. Of course I had already planned toinstall them myself when I pulled the forks off to install some Ricor Intimidators I purchased. But after some careful thinking of all of the work involved, and forgetting the original plan of what accesories I wanted, I just brought the bike to Southbay. I had also planned on a new rear tire and also forgot to tell Matt but Jeff caught it. Carlos supplied the Progressive Springs, John the Thruxton fork cap preloaders, washers and centerstand. Matt ordered the Custom Works Performance shocks. I even forgot to mention the Mini Tach I planned on but remembered when Matt called me to bring up Jeff's suggestions. Once again, having a Senior Moment is not so bad with these Guys watching out for thier customers. They work hard to make sure they do what is right for us."

"Matt, John, Jeff, James, Carlos and Joe always greet you with an hello and some times a handshake. I bought a new 2007 Scrambler with a lot of accesories (tach, centerstand, rear grab bar, King/queen seat, Progresive Shocks, Ricor Dampers, Works Performance progresive fork spring) as it reminded me of my 1966 TR6 that I raced in District 37 on and off for 30 years. Matt was very attentive to details of the imidiate needs I had and explained the bonus of free oil changes for as long as I owned the Scrrambler and future discouts on parts. Of course I added the High Tension wires, Hard anodized carburater slides, Black box option #2, airbox kit and free flowing mufflers.
I recently purchased a used 2007 Bonneville Black from Matt and have also done the wires, slides, black box, airbox kit, works Perfomance shocks and megaphones. I feel I am back riding my 1965 Bonneville that I had when I went to North High in the 60's.
Both bikes run great and I have a lot of fun riding the hills of Palos Verdes. I am 64 years old and Southbay Triumph has brought back the "GOOD OLD DAYS" for me."

"I am so glad I bought my Bonneville T100 at SouthBay Triumph.
These guys are pros. The services is personal, you don't feel like you are just a customer with a wallet to dip in. I had gone to another store in West LA first to see the Trimphs but they just wanted the sale, as if I was just another number. Carlos is the man when it comes to attention and he knows how to customize all the bikes with custom elements like new pipes, tires etc... These guys are awesome! buy your Trimph here, it's the only place to do so in the western US!"
